These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the NM Family & Business Insurance SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

By opting in, you may receive SMS and/or MMS messages from NM Family & Business Insurance, which may include:

13) Limitation of Liability
